I think the text "Colco" look great and I wouldn't change a thing about that. But I am not sure if the hand and fork look like they belong in that type of logo.

i totally agree... Hospitality and training consultancy doesn't fit the hand and fork logo so i wuld change the hand and fork to something like a first aid cross or sumin "hospital" ish

You need to learn what a "hospitality and training consultancy" does, they certainly have nothing to do with hospitals (:

Back on topic:
I think you shold use the fork by itself but add a knife and make a X shape.

I agree with w1lz, use the fork by itself. See how it works out with a knife, but I'd prefer the fork alone.

Otherwise, great job on the Colco text. Looks really nice and professional.
