Set up a few virtual websites you allready made for some ppl, so your interviewer can view them when he askes for them.
I would make some others too, new ones you find appropiate for that certain kind of client you are going too and put it on CD --> so you can show an example on how you look at them AND it gives you the "initiative" label !
