Ok I made this great layout. It is my best one yet, and when I saved it in photohsop I acidently typed in layout work.com. This saved it as some weird file type. Anway I can't open it back up and I was wondering if there was a way to fix this.

Have you tried renaming the file extension to .psd etc?
Go to >. Tools >> Folder Options >> View >> and untick "Hide Extensions for known file types" within explorer if you haven't already.

then, when you see the .com, change it to .psd
