I'm not 100% sure what you're trying to get at here? Do you want two people to be able to draw on the same thing at the same time from different computers? Do you want the things that people draw to be in a gallery for others to see?

Either way it'll take a good deal of work. To have two people in the same swf at the same time and interacting, you should probably buy a book that covers that sort of thing. I doubt any online tutorial will get in depth enough to do you any good.

For a gallery website, you'll need to be able to export the image that was created, which will probably require some sort of external wrapper to write to your servers harddrive. Then you'll need a gallery to post the files in.

In other words...there is no easy way of doing this. You'll have to do some research on the techniques required. Good luck...hope this has helped a bit.
