First off, sorry for my spam posting this morning. I was home sick nearly all last week and didn't have a chance to really jump on the forums so I'm playing a little catch up.
Secondly, I received my computer Tuesday and got it all up and running that night and have naturally been playing with it all week/weekend and I must say...I'm REALLY liking Vista.
Before I had it I wasn't all that excited but now that I've used it I really like it. A lot of it's "fluff" but I like fluff and the computer runs it fine so why not have it! Anyway so...yeah...there's a new fan in the Vista camp now!!!

See? Vista isn't as bad as everyone makes it out to be. Most of the Vista haters were Windows haters before they even tried vista.
Glad you like it!

I think all these Vista haters are pretty lame. I mean, come on it's only been out for a few months. Give it a year and everyone will love it

I'm sure everyone gave XP a negative reception when it hit our PC's, now everyone is slamming Vista. People just don't like change
, Shame on them.

I like Vista (contrary to my predictions prior to its release). I have used computers with it on and although I would still prefer performance it is nice to use. What i dislike about vista is, for example, I am currently looking into a new laptop and since Dell have discontinued the ATI X1400 on 6400's I have to settle for the Intel GMA 950 which will not run Aero well if at all (varying opinions it seems).
My worst fear was prices would increase because the OS was more hardware demanding, but since everything seems to have taken a step down price wise recently I'm not too against it in that regard.

Yeah, i think that was more or less the only reason people were anti-vista because of the ridiculous prise and by the fact Americans got it for less money than the English.
