Its still incomplete and i'm looking for some awesome ideas for it,im pretty clean out :D

Not bad.. but too many commercial type music sites.

I am interested if those free music downloads you offer are legal. Like have you got permission in writing from the production house to do that? Personally I would dought it.

Since the site requires you join,maybe you have to pay some sort of monthly or yearly member fee. That may make it legal as part of the proceeds would go to the respective artists. That's the only way I could think of keeping them out of prison.

yeah maybe efd, but even so that would still require a contract with either the production house or the artist. Then there are all the fees and royalties that have to be paid.

Pretty much, it just looks like a pirate site and they just come out and say it is. I would hate to see this person go to prison for piracy, but that's what's going to happen if it's ever uploaded to a server. The RIAA doesn't like the words "free" and "music' together.
