You've got it all set out really nicely. A couple of things that I'd personally change are things like your logo. The reflection on it is looking good, but maybe get it to fade out to an opacity of 0% instead of having it the way you have.

White on black is a little hard to read in most cases - so you either have the option to lighten up the background a little, change the text colour, or maybe just put a little background header behind the white text.

You'll find something

There's only 3 things I see that I would fix.

The reflection is actually overlapping with the "g". If it were really reflecting of an actual surface, the reflection would actually be behind the "g". I see it a lot in other site and I guess it's just one of those things that everyone knows it's doing that, but it has just became accepted.

The second thing I see is that your rollovers move to the right a little when you mouse over them.

The last thing is your title bars in your testimonial page and about page shift to the right a little compared to the rest of your pages.

Design wise, I think it's spot on. I would change anything else. I wouldn't even change the reflection, except maybe with some of the suggestions that bug made, it's just one of pet peeves.

The thing I would change is the footer.. make it full width like the header and then it would look more uniform.
