I was sondering if anyyone here would like to help me out by slicing up this pic:
and then turning it into a webpage using dreamweaver. I have tried this several times, but i am a nOOb and have tried to no avail

IFrames aren't the style this year, fluid layouts are

but he's got an image for the background and I wouldnt want it repeating itselft
