I posted this befor ( but not this one )
I started again from scratch, i think it looks really good, and i cant wate till i have this up and running

It as taken me a long time to get it looking how it is now, i did loads of designs trying new things, and this is what i came up with

Besides the navigation I think the design looks dated. It'll look rather small in larger resolutions. Get rid of the box around the content and make the header and footer fluid and I think you'll have a winner.

I would make your button fonts a little smaller.

Also, that bright white on the background really strains my eyes.

I think it looks good and that it would make an awesome flash website, with the black area on the right containing the content with some cool flash effects etc.

(not sure if you know flash but I see the design as better for a flash/moving/animated site rather than a static html site)
