Ok well ive been still working on a layout for my uncles company, and this is what i got... Don't mind the text it's off my hosting site, and same goes for pic.. Just to show how it would look with content.

I think you should ask yourself a few questions before you work something up. Who will be visiting this website? What should the website be offering? Stuff like that. Then what I often do is sketch something on paper. After that I move to photoshop.

As far as what you have now, if it is for a company I think you might want to go for a more professional look. The logo itself and font screams artsy.

I agree with zealivity5. Also, your menu fonts are much too large.

Im pretty sure this will be for either a Clan or Gaming site, I just did it to practice.. And im going to code it also for practice... But yea im going to do alot of mods still.
