I have an LCD monitor and an CRT monitor. Now When I compare the two side by side
and have the same image open the image looks way better on the CRT monitor, Is there any settings
I should use on the LCD monitor when working with PS and images in general? I mean some web graphics are not even the same colours [yes the colors are balanced].

I would say your panel is a cheap one and other then auto adjust you are going to have to live with it.
I had a panel the same. Nothing looked as good as it did on my more expensive panel. In the end I tossed them both and bought a Mac.

Check your color settings.
Edit>Color Settings...

Mess around with the color profile under the Working Spaces fieldset (most likely the RGB one). For mine, i use the monitors color profile and it works just fine.

Hmmm, yeah I don't know what's wrong here, buddy :) I've got the same brand monitor as you and everything looks fine on mine when I compare it to a CRT screen

They are! But incredibly awesome! I've had a 20" Wide Screen AOC now since February, and I've had absolutely nothing wrong with it! No colour contrast loss or anything when you're viewing the screen from the sides... you only get a tiny smidgen of it if you're looking from straight above.

They're so good! So easy to set up too... at least $50-75 cheaper than any other of it's kind as well.

I'd highly recommend them :whoosh[1]:
