lol, i'm probably notorious for posting network problems, lol.

Anyway, today I got the 360 Wireless Adapter (My mum was complaining about the Ethernet cable going upstairs so my dad brought one). I'm trying to set it up, i've managed to give the 360 the WEP key, but for some reason the Hub isn't assigning the 360 an IP Address, saying that something else is using that IP Address (Although when I look at the devices connected to the Router, everything has a unique IP Address, none are the same).

Help would be great, all this networking stuff really confuses me. I've tried manually assigning an IP Address, but then it just says that the Gateway and Subnet mask is invalid.

Thanks.

Edit: I typed in the subnet mask 255.255.255.0, and then typed in the Default Gateway that you can get by going to Command Promt by typing in ipconfig. When the 360 tested this, it said that the Gateway did not respond to a network request.

Edit 2: All sorted out now. Turns out I miss-typed my WEP key. No need to worry about this anymore.
