The docked windows 
No more crap floating over your artwork. The smart filters look good too, although I don't really use filters all that much..

Yep, it's the new UI, you can do pretty much everything you can in cs3 with cs2 but the new window layout really makes a difference to your workspeed.

The look of everything is just so good looking, i havent really messed with it much in terms of features but when i see someting i really like i'll be sure as hell to post back

Yes, interface is more artist friendly.
And I like the new added fonts too

The whole product line starts up faster then CS2

And that you can edit video, well, when you have the "extended version"

Yes indeed, tons of extra features with Photoshop CS3 EXTENDED

Have been on CS3 Extended for 2 week.... And the best thing is still the docked windows. Then, it starts up way faster and seems to be faster than CS2 in every way. A cool aditions is the histogram that can be seen in curves
