Hi,

I'd like to find a little bit more out about AJAX and its uses. I was wondering if it was possible for someone to post me a tutorial on how to make the following:

Tabs at the top so when clicked they load in a content area below. I'm not sure if AJAX is the right technology for this, but it would be good to learn in AJAX how to do this.

I'd like a default tab to open on page load, and the tabs to have different appearances when clicked, so say when one is selected it has a green background and when the others arent, they have a blue etc..

Would somebody be kind enough to take the time to help me with this?

Thank you in advance,
Jamie

Have a look at http://www.dynamicdrive.com/dynamicindex17...ntent/index.htm should give you the general idea.

Seems good, I think I've came across that before, can anybody take the time to explain a bit of AJAX to me? It would help me and probably a few others here, maybe just a few basic commands etc..

Thanks :)
