Hey People.

I have a site and I was wondering how can a person provide streaming media on a website? I'm sure a lot of people don't know how, would anyone care to enlighten us?

If you're wondering what I mean, I am talking about like the ones on MySpace and YouTube and etc. Where the Videos and Music plays on the site and epople can select which to view and control volume and be able to pause and play it. Mostly like the ones on MySpace where the music just plays though. I have a website for a clan I'm in and we all want to have the public able to listen to music and videos we make.

Any help would be appreciated, I'm also sorry if this is in the wrong section of Forums, I thought this media embedding would be like design for the template.
