Does anyone know if there is a way to select a layer inside a group?
I use the shortcut key Ctrl + left click to directly select a layer on the canvas, however as soon as you put the layers into groups you can only select the group the layer is in...
Thanks in advance!

expand the group ,
then just ctrl+click ON THE ICON, not the layer !
rest is still the same !
even if there not in group, it should be like that.

Sorry I think you misunderstood! I'm talking about when clicking on the actual canvas, not the layers panel.
For example if I have a group called header with 3 layers inside it, I want to be able to directly select a layer inside this group by clicking on it on the canvas.
