Please would be nice.
That is just an animating gif file. If you have photoshop then create your animation layers and then import that to image ready to make the animation.

You wrote a basic animation tutorial on how to do it... it's the same concept, just manipulate each frame you have to make it look like a different perspective (a good place to start would be Free Transform > Perspective...).

That is actually made with a program called Ulead Cool3D. Those types of spinners were popular at Game-Renders about 3 years back, lol.
