Anyone know of a apple tutorial for Max?
I search the tuts on p2l, but the search thing has rather a large bug I think, as all I got was one result that was not that good. The only result was that red glass one and I think that person should not be making tutorials as they are not well explained.
So anyone know any?

I can give you a typed version right here.
Go to your spline tool and trace the edge of the apple. (Start the line in the middle or below the stem and end at the bottom middle of the apple) After that go to the modify panel and click the lathe tool in your modify scroll menu. Adjust the spline and pivot till you get your apple.
Hope that makes your apple!

Yeah I thought of that.. just splatting down a plain and sticking a image of an apple on it and using revolve.
I guess I could just carry on that idea.

ive read the glass apple one before, i thought it was pretty understandable. what part did you not follow?
