If someone could point out to me or make a tutorial with the following it would really help me. (I think it would help loads of other people also)

• Full-made at Photoshop/Imageready
  
• Non use of percentage at the size of tables/divs
  
• Non use of CSSo r smart coding (smallest code for faster loading)
  
• Errors picking colors, like: no contrast between text color and background color
  
• Flash that does NOTHING that would really need flash for doing it (exemple: rollover images, many people do it at flash when you can do it with simple javascript using Dreamweaver)
  
• The use of frames or iFrames
