Appears that you are, iv never even heard of the app until i googled it and found out it was made by Corel. I don't think you would have much luck searching or asking for tuts for that app here, better to try any official forum or specialized site. Methinks...

sorry dude i don'y udnerstand what your trying to say
anyway i was asking to see if any one is using it since i made a new Photoimpact tutorial site for photoimpact users and the tutorials are/will manily focus on webdesign.. here it is http://www.photoimpactworld.com
