I want a tutorial on how to make an animated clasic movie effect. Like old and grungy look film strips. Can anyone do that for me? If you dont understand what i mean i can try and find a sample.

Oh yea, i should have mentioned this would be for photoshop and imageready or whatever its called.

well, you couldnt't do it in photoshop, well you could, but it would be EXTREMELY tedious. I would advise using After Effects

Can be done in Flash or SwishMax as well, if you search the tutorials you'll find a few.
