Yeah i read about that, pretty crazy. I assume it's stolen money and someone sent it off so police couldn't arrest them for it.

I don't think it's stupid they went to the police. I think it's honest and it's great to see people still willing to do the right thing.
That being said...if I was them I'd definitely be trying to get it back if at all possible

Or you'd save up the money, invest in it, and become a millionaire

The police would have gotten a nicely gift wrapped package with about $10,000 in it. As for the rest of it......What? Who? Me?

lol, as tempting as keeping 90 grand may be, it's pretty much worthless. You can't dump it on your bank account without the bank asking questions. Neither will you be able to buy anything big, such as a car, for you need to show the tax where you got the money from. So, unless you plan on paying your groceries with it for the rest of your life
it's a worthless stack of paper.
Besides, 90 Grand is an odd number, I wouldn't be surprised if they already kept at least 10

depends who you buy with tbh. In america im guessing theres a load of shops that are dodgy saying yer pay for a £3k Tv with cash? WHY? it was my bday the other day and my grand parents don't like giving checks.
