Hi everybody, i've just joined, and before I joined, I noticed a site called:

SigTutorials.com

And I visited their homepage, and I couldn't help notice that they use the exact same layout and colors as P2L, rather with no homepage, just forums.

But the header of the site, looks very much like the header of P2L.

Check the thing I made... I was too lazy to open up Photoshop, sorry, lol!

You'll probably see more and more forums using that skin as it was downloaded over 800 times before P2L was made aware of it.

Rip of P2L yes but sincerely don't think those guys ripped it as it was freely being distributed as P2L Skin, Dan is already aware it's floating around the web.
