hello this is another technique that i had made but forgot the name of it and how to do it



i think it's a border technique but there where i have the arrows pointing how do i do this technique thats around the edges of the sig.

you do that by using the poligon tool in photoshop.. thats easy and logic

but what about after using the poligon tool......... yea it is easy to make the shape thx.......but how do i add the color like i did

im no expert but it looks as though you have made a cloud effect or aimbrushed clouds then plastered a green colour on top, then adjust the hue/saturation adding the soldiers before the colour. edit: reading again, do you mean the colour of the border?

i no how to get the black lines and the border effect im not sure about the fill

to get the border its a bevel and emboss you just change the contour if you change through them youll find it will look something like this.
