Cinema4D, Carrara, Hexagon and a little (although very difficult, a,d totally different for me) Zbrush for modeling.
Poser, bryce or DAZ|Studio to just put 3D content i bought into a scene

Thats it mostly.

I use Blender 3D and Torque Constructor (however Torque Constructor is for games :beat:)

I also use Blender, its great and its free to downlaod, go to http://blender.org check it out and the gallery

Haven't gotten into 3D as much yet. The little I've done has been with the 3D tool in Illustrator CS2.
