Im interested in the e learning field and wondered if there is a way to
create a window, like a 'post it' that remains on the screen when you
open another application. for example, you have the 'post it' on
your desktop, then you open Macromedia flash, and instead of the
post it going into the background ( you cant see it, the same as it being
minimized ) it stays on the screen infront of the flash ( or any application )
software. The point of this is so that you dont have to keep minimizing
the flash program, or application to read the post it. to get rid of it
the only way to do it would be the 'close' button. Can this be done, to
create a window that stays infront of anything you open on your computer,
Also could you add in video, or anything you like into that window.

Hmm not that I know. That would be so annoying.

If i'm not mistaken you mean "Always on top windows"?
You can use "Multimedia Builder 4.9.7" to create these kinds of windows <_<
It is really easy!
I've built this simple program with that software:

I prepared a short video tutorial from working with MMB... [How to build an "Always on top window"]
Download it and enjoy:

If you want to design professional apps you need to search and read different tutorials...
Of course working with MMB is really simple but at first you need to know some basic subjects.

Hope to enjoy video tut :tiphat:
