Forever one for the descriptive titles...

Just one thing I felt the urge to post...I think I broke myself :(

I've been staying up until 4/5am every night morning without even thinking about it....starting tomorrow - back to a nightime bedtime.

Certainly not mocking getting up late...but I think when it hit 4pm this afternoon and I was getting breakfast...I'm taking it a little too far :D

LOL not a good sign, Ben! I'm guessing you can't get to sleep any other way... I tried it a couple times last year but it didn't work.

Anyway, I'm now going to bed early with the help of my dear mum! Goodness knows what she would have done by now to my computer if I was staying up past my curfew :angrylooking:

i used to have that problem when i was off school on holidays, im not so bad now as routine kind of keeps your body clock in check. but whenever im back in the uk it throws my sleep patterns off alot... it either gets dark so early it tricks me into thinking its bed time so i sleep way too early at 7 or something, or gets dark so late i cant sleep until its been dark for 5 or 6 hours at some silly hour like 3 oclock in the morning.
