Is any transparency option in flash?
i have one file with 20 % opacity transparent in photoshop when i place this in flash i cannot see
how can i use opacity file flash

Yes. You convert your image to either a MovieClip or Graphic (Select and hit F8) then in the properties panel select Alpha from the drop down menu, and there you go.

u need to export from photoshop as a 24 bit png
