When i make images on photoshop and put them into flash it looks fine as an SWF file but if i want to make it into an Animated GIF the quality goes really bad.
does anyone know how i can change this or get aroundit someway?

Gifs aren't capable of storing more then 256 colors at once making it unsuitable for photo like images and such, but the thing is flash is a animation software, save your psd from under export (video) and then as a jpg or png sequence. Then do the animation itself in flash over the timeline.
