my son fell on a toothbrush came out the side of his cheek, i know that woman must be going mental, its a horrid thing to see.
funny thing is the doctors in UK accused us of harming our son, like we'd push a toothbrush through his cheek, i tell you, it takes only one jobsworth to cause you and your family weeks of grief, sent socail round and everything, absolute bollox, they couldnt believe he slipped of his stool whilst brushing his teeth, i swear when i punched the shit out of that doctor it was worth the 2 years suspended sentence i got, and i had to pay him 300pounds compo lol, the law in the UK is a JOKE right now.

Hospitals are supposed to report things like that and when it comes to kids all injuries are reported but out right accusing you is wrong without facts.
Use a punching bag next time lol

Why is everything child safe and child proof these days? What's living without danger? Heck, I was raised in a lead-based paint crib but I turned out fine.... I think...
Back to topic,

I have seriously never seen such a thing, if your referring to those plastic things they ain't child safe they can still choke on them.
Please post a web link or images to show me these, I'm curious as none of my kids ever had such a thing as child safe utensils.
I live in Canada btw, born in NZ lived mostly in Australia

I can't find an image on the net and so I asked the better half and she gave ours to our daughter for our grandson.
They were plastic yes, but the handles were designed in a way that they cannot be swallowed. The handle was a big loop where the child could hold them easier. The prongs in the fork was so blunt my kids have trouble picking up toast with them. LOL
But the point is that they cannot be swallowed and cause no harm to the child, which is what they were designed for and worked a treat.

I'm surprised you think kids cannot choke on those because they can left unattended, they only become safe under full supervision and eeven then they are not 100% safe any doctor or hospital will tell you that.

Not saying that is the case with that image of the little boy, and forks aside, that just shows me how much attention was shown to the child if he could get that fork and do that.
