I've been refused adsense 7 times

Ok. I want adsense. I could make some mega money if I had it.

BUT, I have been refused 6 times for this site:
http://www.manipworld.com

and once for this site:
http://how2makecash.co.uk

Can anyone help me, maybe suggest why?
I've emailed the adsense team, and they've said nothing. Infact, all they said was, "We cant tell you."
