I used to have dreamweaver on my old machine where if I open up a HTML page with Flash content, Dreamweaver will ask if I wanted to convert those <object> and <embed> tags to be Javascript code so that IE does not make user "click to activate this control".
Then I moved re-installed Dreamweaver on new machine with Windows Vista. Now dreamweaver does not ask me anymore? Why? I don't know if it is a bugginess between Dreamweaver and Vista or whether my Dreamweaver prefereences had be reset due to an new install of Dreamweaver.
I am unable to find where this option is in the Dreamweaver preferences?
Anybody know what I'm talking about? Or have this problem?
Why Dreamweaver does not convert Flash Conent?

Hi,
I understand the problem you are having, I also had this problem with all sites I create which had fladh content. To resolve this simply create your own .js file and place the flash object code here and call the content into your html page.
