Overriding Text Size

Hey havin a problem with my layout.. gettin to the point I created it using Text Size>Smaller which I realize it not the size most people use. If some pages are viewed on Size>Medium, it distorts the layout. Does anyone know the code i should be using the make it the paged viewed in any text size, Smaller?

Use CSS and specify the pixel size of the fonts... btw, Medium is the IR default font size in the browser settings :)
