Slicing site so content box streatches?

Ok im makeing a website for my senior project on a band called AFI, and i want the content box to stretch, cuase right now all i know how to do is this http://envyonline.info/news.html see how the content box has a scroll bar, i dont like that. So can anyone help me slice it and help me with code so it will stretch, i did some tutorials and they dont work :P

Did you look at my Dreamweaver tutorial? Explains this exactly... you just have to slice up your layout into 3 parts... top, bottom and middle background and you're set. Check out the tut and if you want me to slice it for you, I'm offering complete slicing jobs for $25.
