I downloaded a youtube video converted it to mov but How do i get to make a mov video in PS CS3? and select the part i only want and make it 2nd or 3rd frame and stuff like Imageready CS had? For an avatar i created one but its too big how to make it smaller.

I need something that makes it a smaller size...

File<import<video frames to layers. It lets you set the range in the video i want to import aswell. Then you open up the animation bar from under the window menu unless you already have it open and work from there. Adobe is moving PS to work more with only still images nowadays, they want you to get Flash or After effects if you want to work with animation. (I still have IR cs2 installed)

FYI
ImageReady is now integrated into Photohop CS3 --> to see the different frames just go to the top toolbar and click on "workspace" and choose video and film (layout)

Attached File  ImageIntegrPhoto.jpg   18.27K   57 downloads

Its a little getting used to not trying to jump to imageready, but it works fine.
