It's like quite nice
I would change the styling of the "Management Team" though, and maybe do something else with the header. Other than that... you've cut the fine line of professional designs rather well

i like the working one its very nice the flash header is good, one little thing your missing a white line in the navigation above the home button, you put white lines between everything but over the home i think you should put one there.

Wow neat!! What program did you do for the Kaybee Pictures animation? Looks like a very good job done in After Effects

Looks awesome! I was gonna comment on the page headers and the logo until I saw the working example...you fixed those problems perfectly...looks fantastic, I really like the logo animation and the way you integrated the photography and the page headers, with the transparent blue bar and the text on the image...looks nice.
