Overall, its simple some might say plain. I like the splatter. What if you splattered more paint on the 'create' text and floor surface. Then have the logo reflection reflecting off both the paint and the floor surface. The 'studio' blue almost gets lost against that shade of gray, might make the current gradient even more extreme to allow the blue text to be against a lighter background color. Finally, consider adding a 1 px border to frame it up.
