A WIP

The name isnt final. Just threw that in. The edge of the groudn will be barder edged. May add some bacground of AT-ATs coming up a hill or something.

What do you guys think?

Uhhhh...I don't really like it sorry. It looks bland. Spice things up, give the lazers an outer glow or something.

yah me neither its really weird it would fit good as a flash cartoon thing though.

Its only v1 I'm redoing the snow right now. i wasnt happy the first time. The new way i did it turned out way better. It was a huge pain in the @%$. I couldn't find any tut on how to do snow on the ground. I got it on my own so i feel better. lol

Some things I like about V1 though. Is on that AT-ST you can see the glow of the explosion on its leg and stuff.

The Snowspeeders. i need to check some video references as far as the blast from the lasers.

Shadows will be on everything in the new one.

Still not sure how to do the ground for the background. The foreground I got.

The lasers do have an outerglow. But in the movies. if you look. The lasers really don't have that effect.

Some added thing sin the next will be AT-AT's. Some of the turets and things. and maybe a tonton or 2 if I can. I think I might broaden the scene a bit more. Add some ground troops.

I could just take a screen of actual footage and use that. but what fun is that?

Here's a sample of the snow so far. I'm really digging it this time. Will tone down the blues for where I want the snow and leave it for the iced over bits I think. Or a mix of the 2.

okay for outer glow do this....make the laser white and stick a green/red outerglow on it.
