I know there are many hacks out there, but I am looking for an EASY to understand way to set a minimum height for a page, but the trick is it has to be able to validate also. Does anyone know how?

Only one I know and is css is:
mid-height: 400px;I use this all the time.. but then I only test in browsers and don't validate so not sure on that count.
