anyone know what this is called ?

i'm also looking for a small font like mini7 but havong no luck really.

I'm afraid I don't, although I recognize the font. With a bit of patience, you should be able to find it or something VERY similar by digging through the fonts at http://www.1001freefonts.com

I too have seen it before, it was on a tutorial site with a whole bunch of quality tutorials... god I know them, the site is red with a purplish cog wheel for a logo....
