Need Help: CSS Hover Scroll

I don't know if this is possible or not but I figured if it was I could find out here.

I'm working on a new portfolio version. The thumbnails would be on the side menu for the user to scroll and click on to display the data in the left column. But...I want the users to be able to scroll w/o clicking anything, i.e. hover the mouse over a button.

Is there a way to do this using pure CSS?

Nevermind, I found a nice JS solution.

Remove, close, delete, blow up, incinerate, melt...do whatever you want with this topic.
