both the sites are nicely done. I like the nav on the store site better, but i think the whole header should not have any gap at the top and the bar underneath the nav in the header should extend to the end of the page. You should also centre your page, just throw this code into your container, which is your orange background part:
that should align it properly.

the main site looks good. No real complaints that i see.
the store, looks just like another ecommerce site, with the header changed. why not make it match the site better? It's worth it to make things like that integrate 100% (imo)
