Hey, I am new to PHP and only now in the beginning.I am making a website related to photoshop, animation and other kinds of tutorials website.The thing is that i want an application in my website by which any person can submit a tutorial.

But still i cant find what i need.
I need something like pixel2life's write a tutorial one.The main thing is that the user gets the features of bolding it, adding pictures, links etc just like posting a reply/thread in this forum

Nobody will show you how a program exaclty like this for free, but you could pay somebody for making a system like that if you're not able to program such a system.

But you can find a tutorial to every part you need... asset management is no problem if you know how to read a directory and how to handle mysql queries... other things you would need are form handling... including a WYSIWYG editor like TinyMCE or FCKEditor. Well don't know what else you would need.

I know a person who is very good in PHP coding and has made many of his own scripts.
SO i need a person who is ready to help me there.

Why isn't your friend doing this system? It's imho a piece of cake.

This is custom coded and the script is not available, if you want something like that then contact either NGPixel or Chaos King but you better have some $$$$ as they won't do it for free.

Oh buddy thats the main problem.
I dont have much $$$ and i dont think they will take some low amount.
