I really want to use this navigation http://www.cssplay.c...oors-three.html (Keep in mind change colors and it could be good. Anyway how do I get the CSS and xhtml and code? The site acts like its free but there is no zip file or anything.

I know to get the HTML code you right click and go to view source, this will give the whole page's html so you might have to pick through it a bit. As far as CSS goes, the method I use is through firefox web browser. Install the Web Developer toolbar in firefox, and under the CSS menu option you can view the page's css! Alternatively you can look in the head tags of the html and manually enter the address of the css file in your browser. If anyone has any other methods, I would like to know them!

Let me know if you need anymore help.
