[Agouti]

Hi all,
I'm trying to work out how to photoshop some shaved areas into a picture of the back of someones head - the quality isn't grand (you cannot see individual hairs) but my current attempts - which amount to polygon marquee and clone brushing in some skin - look terrible.

Has anyone got any ideas, or tutorials that they have seen floating about somewhere that could help?
