Why is the menu "Preview in IE7" disabled but "Preview in Firefox" works fine? See picture.

I have set it up correctly and it has worked before. I'm running Dreamweaver 8 on Windows Vista. Anybody else have this problem?

Did you try the key to see if it works?

I just tried Ctrl-F12 and to my surpise, it worked.

That is most strange. I can not click the disabled menu; but the hot key works. I have been using Dreamweaver 8 for a long time on Window XP and I have never encountered this bug in Dreamweaver. Could this be a bug that surface due to running Dreamweaver 8 on Vista?

Try deleting the entry for IE 7 and then adding it back again.

Vista and DW 8 do not play nicely with each other. I've had a lot of problems with it crashing out when I browse to open a file, several times it will deny access to a file and then delete it (very scary) as well as other occasional quirks here and there. Adobe pretty much decided they wouldn't update DW 8 to work well on Vista since they launched CS3. Upgrading to CS3 might help you if you're having a lot of DW 8 problems like I did!
