file upload in DW form?

is this possible. i have a form in DW that i would like people to be able to email me in image of an ad they have for me to review or something similar.

e-mail attachments and file uploads are a frequently asked question, please use the forum search.

Note: DW can't do anything. PHP/ASP/some other programming language will likely be needed.
