Alright, So right now I have pretty powerful PC system for all my hi-tech games that I play. But I am starting to get graphic design jobs, and I would like to have a separate computer with only the programs needed to do graphic design, so that I don't get distracted. Cause right now, I get distracted very easily and then end up doing something else than what I SHOULD be working on.
So yea, would a PC or Laptop be best?
Maybe Laptop since I can travel with it if needed?
Should I get Windows or Apple?
Thanks

The industry standard for design are Macs because they tend to handle graphic design programs a lot better than a PC running Windows. I was a Windows user my whole life until I went to graphic design school and now I am a fan of Macs for work and PCs for gaming. However, it is also about personal preference, you might feel more comfortable on what you've been using your whole life. I would definitely not recommend a laptop (but that again is personal preference).
There ya have it.
Also any gaming computer is well enough equipped to do multimedia.
