Its not bad, but as syntex ask - It looks like he's a bit too saturated in his eyes.
My advise would be to desaturte them a bit and remove the reflecting light on his hat and shoulders. Even tho it might be more realistic with the blue light, it kinda draws the attension away from your brother which is sad: (

Why do you always add borders? It always seems to take away from the photograph...
