Look good. I really like the logo and layout style.
My only real complain so far is all the "dead" space between your copyright information and the ZARiXON graphic at the bottom of the page. It made me scroll only to see there was actually no content down there.

Good start. I'm not digging the bottom part tho. Just seems to distract from the content -- which is bad. Tone it down and make it subtle (like really subtle...alpha 15-40 subtle) and it could look pretty sweet.

love the layout and logo also... bottom is a bit distracting.... and the text seems very small...
